Virgin PTFE Strainer Baskets for PFA-lined T-strainers and Y-strainers.
Standard PTFE construction for general chemical service applications. Compatible with GSO-type strainer designs and similar DIN-standard lined strainers.
Size Range: DN 15 to DN 150
Mesh Options (ETFE):
80 µm - Fine filtration
250 µm - Standard filtration
500 µm - Medium particles
1000 µm - Coarse filtration
2000 µm - Large debris protection
Flush Option: Available with or without flush connection for easy cleaning in corrosive environments.
Application: General chemical processing where carbon composite reinforcement is not required. Excellent chemical resistance across most acids, bases, and solvents.
Material: PTFE or PTFE-Carbon-Composite filter element
Mesh: ETFE filter mesh size from 85 to 2000 µm (max. 150°C, for higher temperature, custom mesh provided up to 200°C)
