Many of our products are available directly from our inventory. If this is the case, simply select the product, enter the quantity, and proceed to checkout. You will then complete the process and receive an order confirmation along with an invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 14 days (this 14-day payment term applies only to registered customers. First-time and unregistered customers are kindly asked to make immediate payment).

For products that are made upon request, the ordering process can still be initiated online. In this case, simply select the product and proceed to checkout. Completing the checkout process will be treated as a request for a quote, and we will process it as quickly as possible. You will then receive an offer via email, including an estimated delivery date. All further details will be communicated by email.

Once the order confirmation is received, the items will be prepared for shipping (if in stock – indicated by a green availability light) and dispatched as quickly as possible to the delivery address (within the EU, typically within 3-7 working days).

If the products need to be manufactured, the delivery time may be longer and will depend on the availability of raw materials, tools, and our production capacity. In such cases, we will personally inform you of the estimated delivery time and make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible.
