Once the order confirmation is received, the items will be prepared for shipping (if in stock – indicated by a green availability light) and dispatched as quickly as possible to the delivery address (within the EU, typically within 3-7 working days).

If the products need to be manufactured, the delivery time may be longer and will depend on the availability of raw materials, tools, and our production capacity. In such cases, we will personally inform you of the estimated delivery time and make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. For standard parcels, shipping rates are determined by the delivery service provider. For larger orders, pallet delivery services will be arranged. We offer worldwide shipping, with costs calculated at checkout and added to the final total. Please note, shipping fees are not included in the product price.

If you are interested in test objects or dummies or placeholders while you are waiting for an order, we encourage you to reach out to us. We are more than happy to assist you and provide any additional information you may need.

We understand that mistakes can happen or that parts may arrive damaged. In such cases, we are more than willing to accept returns. If you have made a wrong order or if the parts are damaged, please contact us and we will guide you through the return process.

However, please note that if the parts have already been installed, we are unable to accept returns. This is because we cannot guarantee that the parts have not been contaminated and therefore
