The Spheron9 PFA/Teflon Lined Ball Valve combines superior corrosion resistance with precise fluid control, designed to meet the rigorous demands of sterile environments. Featuring a stainless steel DIN 1.4116 body with a polished external surface (optional electro-polishing), the valve ensures minimal contamination risk and easy cleaning. The internal surfaces are lined with virgin PFA for maximum chemical resistance and a smooth, flushable design, with no dead spaces (Totraumfrei). The full-bore design offers high Cv values, making it efficient for fluid control, while the hysteresis-free one-piece ball-stem design makes it ideal for actuation. Maintenance-free tightness and blow-out safe shaft design further enhance reliability in cleanroom applications.
