The Provaron9 for clean rooms, pharma and semiconductor plants: PFA-lined sample path in an electropolished stainless steel body 1.4408 (CF8M) — no painted surface in the room. Same valve, same sizes as the standard Provaron9; choose size and lining and send the configuration as a request for quotation.

Body and sample path are lined with virgin PFA, like the line the valve sits in.
Gas-tight PTFE bellows seal
Hermetically sealed stem; gas-tight to DIN EN 12266-1, leakage rate A.
Suitable for vacuum service
PFA lining anchored in dovetail grooves in the body — suitable for vacuum service; limits per P-T diagram or on request.
Top-entry design
Maintenance is possible without removing the valve from the line.
Adjustable stroke limitation
Finely dosed sampling, also with closing-force amplification during sampling.
Bottle connection
GL connection for standard bottle DIN 168 with vent connection, or a customised connection to suit your system.
Vertical or horizontal installation
For installation in all environments with compatible sampling bottle adapters.

Questions we are often asked
What makes the Clean Room version different?
The body is stainless steel 1.4408 (CF8M), electropolished instead of painted, so there is no paint to chip in the room. The PFA-lined sample path, bellows seal and sizes are the same as the standard Provaron9. On request: FDA declaration for the PFA wetted parts and USP Class VI documentation.
PFA or PFA/AS lining?
PFA is the standard lining (virgin PFA). PFA/AS (antistatic) is for media where electrostatic charge must be led off. PFA/UP, PVDF, PP and UHMW-PE are available on request.
Which bottle connection is fitted?
A GL connection for a standard bottle to DIN 168, with vent connection. A customised bottle connection can be made to suit your existing system.
Is the Provaron9 suitable for vacuum service?
PFA lining anchored in dovetail grooves in the body — suitable for vacuum service; limits per P-T diagram or on request.
Which documents come with each valve?
The valve is pressure-tested to DIN EN 12266-1 (leakage rate A, gas-tight) and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are available. It is designed and manufactured to PED 2014/68/EU.
PFA or PTFE lining — what is the difference?
Both are fully fluorinated plastics with almost universal chemical resistance. PTFE cannot be melted, so PTFE liners are pressed and sintered. PFA can be melted, so we transfer-mould it into the valve body: the lining is dense, anchored in the body and follows complex shapes. If your specification says "PTFE-lined", a PFA-lined valve meets the same chemical duty — ask us for a comparison for your medium.
