  • Powerful Valve Actuator

    
The valve is equipped with a pneumatic multi-spring actuator for rapid operation, constant seating force, and cost efficiency. Electric actuators are available as an option.

  • Multi-Functional Digital Positioner


    The digital positioner is a versatile interface for process control, operating with 4 to 20 mA signals and supporting HART, Profibus (PA), and Foundation Fieldbus (FF) communication. It enables bidirectional data exchange and can be configured on-site or remotely.

  • Reliable Stem Seal


    The stem seal is TA-Luft (Clean Air Act) compliant, offering a tight seal that prevents emissions and withstands corrosion.

  • Removable Bonnet (Top Entry)

Bellows

  • Standard PFA Bellows:
    Withstand up to 16 bar operating pressure, effectively protecting the valve stem from corrosion while hermetically sealing the product chamber from the atmosphere.
  • Heavy Duty PFA Bellows:
    Designed for highly diffusive media, high temperatures, and pressures up to 16 bar. The wider crinkles allow for efficient purging and sterilization, making it ideal for pure media applications, such as in biotechnology. This variant is also available in Hastelloy for additional durability. The 2.5 mm wall thickness ensures excellent resistance to permeation.

Plug and Seat Options

  • TFM-PTFE Seat and Plug:
    Enables adjustment of kv-values through easy exchange, offering flexibility in flow control.
  • Special V-Plug (DN 15 to 25):
    Optimized for the smallest kv-values (0.01 to 1.2 m³/h), ensuring precise control even under high temperature and pressure differentials. The plug is constantly guided in the seat for reliable performance.
  • Special U-Plug (DN 80 to 150):
    Designed to handle high loads and reduce the risk of cavitation, offering safety and reliability in demanding applications through continuous guidance in the valve seat.
