Reverse-Engineered PFA-Lined Impellers for magnetic drive centrifugal pumps.
Our impellers are manufactured through precision reverse engineering, capturing hydraulic geometry, vane profiles, and surface finishes that determine pump performance.
Features:
- Virgin PFA or PFA-L (enhanced permeation resistance)
- Metal core (steel or stainless steel) for magnetic coupling
- Static and dynamic balancing to OEM specifications
- Closed design with back vanes
Compatible with MNK-type magnetic drive pumps and similar ISO/DIN designs.
Process: Send us your worn impeller or OEM part number. We analyze dimensions and wear patterns, then manufacture a replacement optimized for your conditions.
