Heavy-Duty PTFE/PFA Bellows Assembly for GFT9 Imperium9 control valves.

The bellows seal is the heart of bellows-sealed control valves—providing hermetic stem sealing without packing. Our heavy-duty design features:

  • PTFE/carbon support rings for high-pressure applications
  • Rated for pressures up to 16 bar
  • Temperature range: -10°C to +200°C
  • Designed for permeating and aggressive media

Complete Assembly Option: Bellows can be supplied as a complete cartridge including seat and plug for simplified maintenance.

Replacement bellows are recommended when:

  • External leakage is detected at the stem
  • Valve stroke becomes irregular
  • Preventive maintenance schedules require it
