Replacement parts for magnetic-drive pumps, Imperium9 control valves and strainers, and reverse-engineered parts where the original is no longer available.

GFT9 combines PFA transfer moulding with its own precision machining. This lets us make PFA-lined spare parts for magnetic-drive pumps, spare parts for the Imperium9 control valve, and baskets for T-strainers. Where a part is no longer available from the original manufacturer, we can reproduce it by reverse engineering, also from a heavily worn sample.

Are spare parts available from stock?

Pump spare parts are custom-manufactured and are not selected from inventory. Select the parts in the shop, send the request, and we respond with an individual offer. Strainer baskets can be ordered in the shop.

What can I order for magnetic-drive pumps?

PFA-lined impellers, glide bearings, containment shells and shafts. You can request a quote for a single component or a combination of parts, in different quantities.

Which strainer basket do I need?

Baskets come in PTFE and in an antistatic version. If you are not sure which one fits your strainer and medium, tell us both and we confirm the choice.

Can you make a part that the original manufacturer no longer supplies?

Yes, by reverse engineering. Parts can be reproduced from your sample, also from heavily worn ones, using PFA, steels and composite materials. Dimensional and optical inspection are part of our quality checks.

Do I need to give a drawing?

A sample of the part, and a description of the equipment and the medium, is the starting point. Send what you have and we tell you what else we need.
