The Vibron9 Swing Check Valve combines a pressure-resistant cast-metal housing with a thick-walled, mechanically anchored PFA lining (3–5 mm) to prevent backflow of aggressive liquids, gases, and vapors. Its center-guided ball design closes automatically in vertical and horizontal service, requiring no springs or external actuation. With a vacuum-proof seal and Class D leakage control (<0.1 %), it offers reliable, low-maintenance performance where stainless steel or plastics would fail. Beyond its core non-return functionality, Vibron9’s PFA lining ensures extremely low friction and near-zero permeation, making it suitable for fluids from sulfuric acid to slurry suspensions. Optional non-adhesive coatings and retainer rings further enhance its adaptability.
