Bellows-sealed control valves provide leak-free flow regulation in the most demanding chemical services—but the components that enable this performance require periodic replacement. PFA bellows eventually fatigue. Seat/plug assemblies erode from throttling. Stem seals degrade.

GFT9 manufactures spare parts for our Imperium9 PFA-lined control valves and provides reverse-engineered components compatible with similar bellows-sealed designs. All parts are manufactured in Germany using virgin PFA and PTFE materials with complete traceability.

PFA Bellows Assemblies

The bellows seal is the heart of a bellows-sealed control valve—preventing process leakage while allowing stem movement. We manufacture:

• Heavy-duty bellows with stainless steel support rings for high-pressure and permeating media
• Complete bellows cartridges including guide bushings and retaining components

Bellows are available for DN25 through DN100 valve sizes, designed to our Imperium9 specifications and compatible with DIN-standard bellows-sealed globe valve designs.

Seat and Plug Assemblies

The seat/plug combination determines control valve performance—flow characteristic, shut-off capability, and erosion resistance. We manufacture:

• Equal-percentage plugs for process control applications
• Linear plugs for utility and general service
• V-port and U-port designs for rangeability requirements (DN80-DN100)
• Complete seat ring replacements

All seat and plug components are available as PTFE construction.

Bonnet and Stem Components

• Compete top cover assemblies (DN 25-100)
• Stem guide bushings
• Packing gland components
• Actuator mounting adapters

Top Cover Assembly

Complete bonnet replacement unit including top cover, guide rings, containment ring, pressure screw, stem, and bonnet. Available for DN 25-100 in stainless steel or cast iron body materials.

Valve Compatibility

GFT9 Imperium9 Series

Our Imperium9 control valves are designed for full spare parts availability. All internal components—bellows, seat/plug, guides, and seals—can be replaced individually without replacing the entire valve body. This modular approach significantly reduces life-cycle costs.

Compatible Designs

Our control valve spare parts engineering is based on DIN EN 558-1 face-to-face dimensions and ISO 5752 Series 1 standards. Parts may be compatible with bellows-sealed control valves from other manufacturers following these standards—please contact our engineering team to verify fitment before ordering.
